Description
Our client is seeking patent litigation associates with 4-7 years of experience to join their DC or San Francisco offices. Ideal candidates will have experience with trial, motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management, with PTAB and ITC experience being a plus. Strong organizational and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and a desire to excel in a law firm environment are essential.
