The role involves being a key member of trial teams handling significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits for product manufacturers across various industries. Ideal candidates will possess outstanding academic credentials, strong advocacy skills, experience in discovery and trial preparation at a large law firm or civil litigation boutique, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
