The ideal candidate should possess strong research and writing skills, with 1 to 7 years of experience in products liability litigation, encompassing case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the California Bar is mandatory. The role involves representing a diverse client base, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers across various sectors such as automotive, chemical, industrial machinery, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and consumer products.
