The ideal candidate should have transactional tax experience, particularly in advising on the tax aspects of renewable energy transactions eligible for tax credits. Candidates can be based in New York, Los Angeles, Houston, or Washington, D.C. Excellent academic credentials and substantial law firm experience are essential for this role.
