Our client is seeking a Transportation Associate Attorney to join the national services team of a leading international logistics client, focusing on transportation and general liability defense litigation. This role is ideal for attorneys with 2-8 years of personal injury defense litigation experience, particularly in transportation, logistics, and trucking. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in California. The position requires superior analytical skills, strong written and oral communication abilities, and experience with depositions and law and motion practice. Responsibilities include independently managing a litigation caseload, collaborating with attorneys and partners nationwide, and handling court appearances, discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
