Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level Agency Finance Associate (Attorney) with 3-4 years of experience to join their team, preferably in Washington, DC, although other US locations may be considered. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in cross-border transactions, particularly in project finance, structured finance, or corporate finance. Experience with energy and infrastructure projects, development finance institutions, multilaterals, and emerging markets is a plus. Eligibility criteria include prior experience in a leading domestic or international law firm, meaningful transactional experience, an action-oriented interest in taking on increased responsibility, and admission to practice in New York. Professional proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French is valuable but not required.
