Our client is seeking a dedicated antitrust and competition law associate for their Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate should be from the class of 2017-2020 and have experience with government investigations and second requests with the Department of Justice (DOJ) or Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The role requires 4-7 years of DOJ or FTC experience, expertise in merger clearance, and competition compliance and counseling. The candidate should also possess excellent academic credentials. The firm boasts a team of antitrust specialists who have held leadership roles at antitrust enforcement agencies and have extensive experience with various state attorneys general, the European Commission, and other European enforcement agencies.
