Description
Our client is seeking associates with private equity fund formation experience, specifically from the Classes of 2020 and 2018, to join their Asset Management team. The positions are available in either DC or NY, with a preference for DC. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to actively advance the recruitment, development, and promotion of a diverse workforce. This is in line with the client's participation in the Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule 6.0 initiative, which measures whether firms affirmatively consider diverse employees for promotions, senior-level hiring, and significant leadership roles.
