ASSOCIATE LITIGATION (0414)
Description
Our client, an AV-rated firm with a diverse and strong litigation team, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience in a major firm. The ideal candidate should have top academic credentials, strong legal writing skills, and a desire to thrive in a smaller, flexible environment. Experience in a Federal clerkship and/or U.S. Attorney’s office is preferred. The firm's litigation practice covers a wide range of areas, and associates will have immediate, substantial client contact and responsibility on a variety of cases. An entrepreneurial attitude is welcomed and business development at the associate level is encouraged and rewarded.
Additionally, our client is also seeking a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate or Junior Partner with 7+ years of transactional real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate including retail, leasing, acquisition of properties, development, and formation of related entities as well as general corporate transactional experience. Candidates with an entrepreneurial personality and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships are preferred.
