Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation Practice. The successful candidate will work with some of the firm's most prominent national clients across various industries, handling complex litigation matters. This role is perfect for individuals looking to advance their careers in a supportive, collegial, and entrepreneurial environment. Qualifications include experience in complex commercial litigation, excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills. Trial experience and Am Law 100 experience are a plus. Candidates must have a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school, experience practicing in the Commercial Division of New York Supreme Court, New York County, and the United States District Court for the Southern and/or Eastern Districts of New York, and be admitted to practice law in the state of New York. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional project management skills, effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills, and knowledge of all rules of practice.
