Description
Our client, a global law firm with a strategic focus and momentum, is seeking a 2-3 year associate to join their Commercial Litigation Team in the Disputes group based in Dallas. The ideal candidate should have general commercial litigation experience, including drafting briefs and other pleadings, handling discovery, and tackling complex factual and legal issues. Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, verbal, writing, and case management skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the Texas Bar.
