Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a full-time Associate for their Corporate Finance practice based in Washington, D.C. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and nationally recognized team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in finance or corporate associate roles, with exposure to borrower and/or lender representations, private credit facilities, syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, and/or securitizations. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and revising credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security agreements, and closing deliverables is required. Experience in representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies would be beneficial. Candidates should be diligent, proactive, supportive, team-oriented, and possess superior drafting skills. Admission to one or more state bars is required, with prior admission to the DC bar a plus.
