CYBER CLASS ACTION LITIGATION ATTORNEY (0445)
Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm with over 1000 attorneys across the United States and London, is seeking a Cyber Class Action Litigation Attorney. This remote position is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 7+ years of complex litigation experience in State and Federal Courts. Class Action litigation experience, a background in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, and excellent research and writing skills are highly desirable. The role involves assisting with the defense of privacy lawsuits and data breach class actions, incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, analysis of privacy laws, drafting legal notices of data breaches, responding to regulatory investigations, and drafting privacy and security policies. Experience managing large-scale E-Discovery and defending in data breach, BIPA, VPPA class actions is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should be a team player, able to work independently, manage junior attorneys, and meet deadlines in multiple cases.
