Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm with a global presence, is seeking a Cyber Class Action Litigation Attorney. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and is ideal for attorneys with several years of experience interested in the intersection of law and technology. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of complex litigation experience in State and Federal Courts, with class action litigation and cybersecurity and data privacy background being a plus. Excellent research and writing skills, experience managing large-scale E-Discovery, and knowledge of State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are required. Responsibilities include assisting with defense of privacy lawsuits and data breach class actions, incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, analysis of privacy laws, drafting legal notices of data breaches, responding to regulatory investigations, and drafting privacy and security policies.
