Description
Our client is seeking an associate with employee benefits/ERISA experience from the class of 2018-2021 to join their highly collaborative Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group in their New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of employee benefits/ERISA, including ERISA's fiduciary rules, and executive compensation in the context of both advisory work and M&A transactions. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred. The team is recognized for its expertise in designing, developing, and helping clients implement benefits and compensation programs, and is top-ranked across industry publications.
