Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm, is seeking an Employment and Labor Associate to join their New York City office. The successful candidate will join a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment, representing sophisticated clients faced with complex legal challenges. This position is ideal for an attorney looking to advance their career within a dynamic national law firm. The role requires a JD from an accredited law school, admission to practice in New York, and 3+ years of litigation experience. Experience with general liability and employment matters, including single plaintiff and class/representative action matters, is essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must, and trial experience is a plus. The successful candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload, work cases from beginning to end, represent clients in a wide range of employment and labor claims, and regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
