Description
Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking a highly motivated associate with three to six years of experience to join its nationally recognized Energy, Environment, and Infrastructure practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sophisticated law firm environment managing complex energy and natural resources transactional work, including renewable and conventional energy. Experience with engineering, procurement, and construction contracts for renewable energy generating facilities and financing transactions in the energy and natural resources sector is advantageous but not a requirement. The role involves managing complex transactions on tight time frames, supervising junior lawyers and legal support staff, and interacting with a variety of clients and colleagues. Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility are essential.
