Our client, a premier law firm with elite teams in finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and special situations, litigation, employment and real estate, is seeking a 4th-5th Year Corporate Associate to join their Financial Restructuring / Distressed M&A practice based in New York. The role involves a dynamic mix of M&A, Private Equity and Restructuring. Ideal candidates will have substantive experience in general corporate matters / M&A with exposure to restructuring, bankruptcy and finance. Candidates must have significant experience handling M&A transactions and effective deal management skills. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required.
