Our client is seeking a midlevel associate to join their Financial Services Department, specializing in Derivatives, based in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience in a financial institution, with a focus on representing commercial and investment banks in a diverse range of derivatives transactions for hedge funds, private equity funds, and registered investment companies. The role involves drafting documents for complex structures, working on highly structured, bespoke transactions, and managing client relationships independently. NY Bar admission is required.
