Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their Franchise and Distribution Corporate Practice based in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or licensing transactional matters, with franchise experience being a plus. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials, attention to detail, and excellent writing skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar or eligible for admission.
