Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an associate to join their Finance practice, specializing in Fund Finance. This market-leading practice represents top-tier financial institutions in structuring and negotiating complex, cross-border financing arrangements with various types of funds and investment companies. The role involves working on a broad range of structures, including NAV loans, secondaries facilities, subscription lines, hybrid arrangements, preferred share issuances, margin loans, and FX and currency hedging facilities. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5+ years of experience in a corporate transactional practice, with corporate finance or secured lending experience. Familiarity with derivatives is a plus. The successful candidate will have strong drafting and client communication skills, a desire to manage client relationships, and the ability to move transactions forward independently.
