Our client, a full-service and leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their expanding Insurance Coverage practice group based in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter to build a long-term career with a dynamic national law firm. The ideal candidate should hold a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Texas, and have 3+ years of litigation experience. Insurance coverage experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, federal court practice, legal project management experience, and judicial clerkship are all advantageous. Responsibilities include handling all aspects of litigation matters involving insurance coverage disputes, analyzing complex legal and factual issues, drafting coverage opinions, developing efficient resolution strategies, and maintaining timely and effective communication with clients.
