Description
Our client is seeking a Managing Associate Attorney (M&A) to work under the supervision of partners, representing both U.S. and foreign public and private companies, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and other strategic and financial investors in international and domestic corporate transactions. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transaction documents, performing legal due diligence, advising on securities regulation, shareholder activism defense matters, and supporting securities litigation. The ideal candidate should hold a JD or foreign equivalent (LLM, LLB, or Master of Laws) and have at least 3 years of experience as a Lawyer, Junior Associate, or Mid-level Associate in M&A.
