Description
Our client, a premier law firm with elite teams in finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and special situations, litigation, employment and real estate, is seeking a Practice Support Attorney for their Securities & Capital Markets Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in capital markets, significant deal experience with equity and debt capital markets transactions, and expertise in counseling public companies. The role requires an organized individual with a deep understanding of law firm structure and the ability to improve practice management. Law firm experience and client management skills are essential. The position can be based in either New York or Washington, D.C. Applicants must be admitted to practice and be in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
