They are renowned for their expertise in handling complex cross-border work and are committed to excellence and diversity, with their team representing 90 nationalities and speaking 80 languages. They are seeking a senior associate to act on behalf of partners in client-facing communications, navigate and resolve complexities, and address time-sensitive issues. The successful candidate will also lead and review the work of Junior Associates, delegate tasks across various teams, and mentor Junior Associates. The role involves representing corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies in multi-million and billion-dollar M&A transactions across the US, EMEA, and other regions.
