Description
Our client, a renowned Intellectual Property & Technology group, is seeking a Senior Associate with a minimum of 6 years of trademark experience. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in domestic and global trademark prosecution, strategy, enforcement, and management. This includes trademark counseling, clearance search and analysis, prosecution and maintenance, portfolio management, trademark disputes, internet and e-commerce, online investigations, and enforcement matters. Experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating related to IP and trademark issues, managing IP due diligence, litigation discovery, and trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) is a plus. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented, and sophisticated work environment with industry experts. The role also offers a hybrid in-office / remote work schedule for greater flexibility. The candidate should be a self-starter with excellent technical, professional, and client service skills, and have strong attention to detail.
