Description
Our client, a renowned global regulatory enforcement group based in New York, is seeking a junior associate to join their white-collar defense and regulatory enforcement practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a large law firm or a well-regarded boutique, assisting with civil and criminal litigation, government investigations, and SEC enforcement cases. The role requires excellent academic credentials, interpersonal skills, analytical ability, research and writing skills, organizational and time management skills, and admission to the New York bar. A federal or state judicial clerkship and/or prior government/regulatory/prosecutorial experience would be beneficial.
